Overview

The FAB Defense AGR-43 ergonomic pistol grip is designed for AR-15, M16, and M4 lower receivers. Constructed from a MIL-SPEC reinforced polymer composite with a multi-textured rubber overmold, it features three distinct rubber textures—rib-studded at the palm, an alligator pattern for the front fingers, and a moon-surface texture on the sides—to provide superior ventilation, prevent slippage, and reduce hand fatigue. The grip incorporates finger grooves, a comfortable backstrap shape, and an extended beavertail that encourages a higher, firmer hold for enhanced weapon control. Additionally, it features a readily accessible internal storage compartment secured by a tight-sealing hinged door. The exterior is finished in Flat Dark Earth (FDE).
