Overview

The Volquartsen Exact Edge Extractor is a high-performance replacement component compatible with Ruger MKII, MKIII, MK IV, and 22/45 pistols, as well as 10/22 and 10/22 Magnum rifles. Precision-manufactured from A2 tool steel using a wire EDM process, it is hardened to Rc 58-60 to maintain its edge under impact and prevent the rolling issues common with stamped steel or titanium extractors. The extractor features a precise hook point positioned .005 inches closer to the cartridge rim for improved extraction reliability and consistent casing ejection. This component is designed to minimize malfunctions and enhance performance in competitive and tactical shooting applications.
