Overview

The Escort ERX is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a 5-round capacity. It features a 24-inch, 4140 chrome-plated steel barrel utilizing button rifling and gas nitriding, complemented by a 5/8-24 threaded muzzle brake. The receiver is also constructed from 4140 chrome-plated steel and is drilled and tapped with 6-48 screws, sharing Remington 700 action, trigger, magazine, and optic footprints. The rifle incorporates an M16-style extractor and an easy-access bolt release located on the left side of the receiver. It features an adjustable trigger with a metal trigger guard, a magazine release positioned at the front of the trigger guard, and a 5-round detachable AICS-compatible magazine. For user comfort and control, the stock includes soft rubber inlays on the grip and forearm, an adjustable length of pull utilizing three 10mm spacers, a quick-adjust elevation-adjustable cheekrest, and a Picatinny accessory rail. Additional features include front and rear QD sling mounts and sling studs, along with a 2-way manual switch safety.
