Overview

The Escort PS is a gas-operated, semi-automatic 20-gauge shotgun designed for field use and hunting. It features a 28-inch chrome-plated steel barrel, which is proof-tested and oxidation-resistant, making it suitable for both shot and slugs. The barrel is topped with a 7mm checkered, ventilated anti-glare rib and a brass bead front sight. The receiver is constructed from aircraft-grade alloy and includes an 11mm groove for scope mounts. Equipped with the Hatsan FAST Loading System and SMART Valve Piston technology, the PS is self-regulating, capable of cycling a wide range of loads from 7/8 oz. to 2 oz. magnum rounds in both 2-3/4 and 3-inch shells. The shotgun features a synthetic stock with a rubber butt pad and included spacers for adjusting length of pull, as well as four stock shims for customizing drop and cast. The tube magazine has a 4+1 capacity, which can be reduced to 2+1 using the included migratory plug. The shotgun comes in a Realtree Max-5 camo finish and includes a multi-choke system with five chokes (Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full). Additional features include a manual cross-button trigger safety, a magazine cut-off system for single-shot operation, and mounted sling studs.
