Overview

The Elftmann Tactical Apex is a high-performance drop-in trigger system specifically designed for the AR platform. Constructed from wire EDM machined, hardened A2 tool steel and lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum with an anodized red finish, it features an adjustable pull weight ranging from 2.75 to 7 lbs that can be easily adjusted in seconds without removing the trigger from the lower receiver. Engineering highlights include a patented double-double torsion hammer spring, an adjustable sear for creep control, an incremental adjustment knob, and No Skip technology. The unique design incorporates two disconnectors spanning a full quarter-inch width to eliminate wear and prevent double-firing, while maintaining a drop-safe profile with a short take-up and a crisp, glass-rod break comparable to custom 1911 triggers. Installation is completed in minutes using the supplied installation screws.
