Overview

The Ed Brown 1911 Commander barrel is a precision-machined, semi-drop-in component designed for 9mm 1911 platforms. Crafted from T-416 stainless steel bar stock, each barrel is heat-treated and sub-zero frozen to provide maximum strength, stress relief, and longevity. The barrel features deep-cut broach rifling with a 1:16 left-hand twist, optimized for accuracy across various bullet types, including lead. Designed for a tighter lockup and match-grade fit, the barrel dimensions are cut to maximum tolerances to minimize fitting requirements. This kit includes the barrel, bushing, link, and link pin. While intended for drop-in installation, minor fitting by a qualified gunsmith may be required for optimal performance.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
