Overview

The DPMS Panther Arms Kitty Kat is an AR-style upper chambered in 5.56 NATO. It features a 7.5-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel with a 1:7 twist rate, black nitride finish, and a 1/2x28 thread pattern. The assembly includes a pistol-length gas system with a 0.750-inch low-profile gas block and an A2 flash hider. The upper is a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver with a DPMS free-float quad rail handguard. The bolt carrier group features a shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel bolt and a chrome-lined bolt carrier.
