Overview

The CMMG DISSENT Br4 is a 5.56x45mm firearm featuring a 16.1-inch unthreaded barrel with a recessed crown and an EMPIRE profile. It utilizes a compact action-direct impingement operating system with an adjustable gas block for fine-tuning. The firearm is built with a 7075 T6 aluminum upper and a billet 7075 T6 aluminum lower receiver that accepts standard 5.56 AR-pattern magazines. Key features include a non-reciprocating, reversible side-charging handle, a proprietary Zeroed single-stage trigger, and a cross-bolt safety. It is equipped with a 13.5-inch proprietary handguard and a Magpul SGA stock compatible with Remington 870 components. The firearm has a 1:7 twist rate, a mid-length gas port, and is finished in Cerakote.
