Overview

The Dewey Semi-Auto Breech Rod Guide is specifically designed for cleaning AR-15 and AR-10/SR-25 style semi-automatic rifles from the breech end, protecting the muzzle and preventing damage to the chamber and bore. Constructed from durable Delrin and anodized aluminum, this guide incorporates a front brass bushing that centers the rod in the barrel while accommodating brush clearance through the inside diameter. Due to the limited chamber space and tube dimensions, chamber sealing O-rings are omitted from the design, though an O-ring seal is utilized to prevent oil and debris from entering the action. Compatible with any .22 caliber J. Dewey cleaning rods, the unit includes spare O-rings and an assembly tool.
