The Dark Mountain Stowaway is a single-shot, bolt-action large format pistol chambered in 5.7x28mm. It features an optics-ready Picatinny rail and a 5-inch, 1/2x28 threaded muzzle designed for suppressor use. The firearm is constructed from aluminum, steel, and GF-Nylon with a corrosion-resistant finish. Designed for versatility, the barrel is removable to facilitate compact storage or caliber conversions, which require only a bolt face and barrel change. The pistol incorporates a single-action mechanism with a half-cock safety position. It measures 11.5 inches in total length with the barrel attached and 7.1 inches detached, with a height of 6.88 inches and a thickness of less than 2 inches. Weighing approximately 2.0 lbs, this firearm is manufactured in the USA by a veteran-owned and operated company.
