Overview

The Daniel Defense RIS III is a free-float handguard designed for AR-15 platforms, utilizing the battle-tested design of the two-piece RIS II rails used by U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) since 2006. Constructed from durable aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized flat dark earth finish, it reduces overall weight while adding versatility through M-LOK attachment points across seven different positions along the handguard length. It features an uninterrupted upper rail platform with a Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail, integral QD swivel attachment points on both sides, and a proven 6-bolt bolt-up system secured with Grade 8 military specification fasteners. It is backward compatible with the RIS II bolt-up system, utilizing the same barrel nut and bolt-up plate.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
