Overview

The Daniel Defense MFR XL is a 10-inch free-floating handguard designed for AR-15 platforms. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with a Type III hard coat anodized finish, the rail utilizes the M-LOK attachment system along the sides and bottom. It features an uninterrupted Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail on the top and an increased internal diameter, allowing for the installation of suppressors. The handguard employs a patented bolt-up mounting system with a steel barrel nut for improved strength and ease of installation. It includes anti-rotation tabs for alignment and comes with the necessary barrel nut wrench and Allen wrench.
