Overview

The Daniel Defense DD5 SBR is a semi-automatic short-barrel rifle chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62x51mm NATO with a 10-round capacity. It features a 12.5-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined proprietary steel barrel paired with a mid-length gas system and a user-adjustable gas block for reliable cycling when shooting suppressed or unsuppressed. The system is equipped with a Daniel Defense linear compensator. The rifle utilizes an innovative 4-bolt connection system that increases the contact surface area between the barrel and upper receiver for bolt-action-level rigidity. Its perfected bolt carrier group is superfinished and DLC-coated with an integrated buffer to reduce overall recoil impulse. Controls are fully ambidextrous, including the GRIP-N-RIP charging handle with anti-gas features, and the rifle is outfitted with Daniel Defense enhanced furniture and grip.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
