Overview

The Daniel Defense DD5 V5 semi-automatic rifle is engineered for long-range precision shooting, offering superior ballistic coefficients, flatter trajectories, and reduced wind drift. It features a user-adjustable gas block for consistent performance when shooting suppressed or unsuppressed, alongside a superfinished, DLC-coated bolt carrier group equipped with a buffer for optimized cycling and reduced recoil. The rifle utilizes a proprietary steel, cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel secured by an innovative 4-bolt connection system. Additional features include a GRIP-N-RIP independently ambidextrous charging handle with anti-gas features, enhanced extractor geometry with dual ejectors, an M-LOK compatible handguard, a 6-position Mil-Spec receiver extension, and a glass-filled polymer buttstock and pistol grip with soft-touch overmolding. It accepts all SR-25 magazines and ships in a Daniel Defense impact-resistant plastic case.
