Overview

The Daniel Defense DD5 V4 is a semi-automatic AR-10 rifle chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Win). It features an 18-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with an S2W profile and a 1:11" twist rate, secured by an innovative 4-bolt connection system. The rifle includes a user-adjustable gas block for consistent suppressed or unsuppressed operation, and a DLC-coated bolt carrier group equipped with dual ejectors and enhanced extractor geometry. The receivers are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III hard coat anodized finish. Features include a 15-inch M-LOK handguard, a 6-position buffer tube, and a Grip-N-Rip ambidextrous charging handle. Both the stock and pistol grip utilize glass-filled polymer with soft-touch overmolding. This rifle accepts SR-25 pattern magazines and includes a plastic hardshell carrying case.
