Overview

The Daniel Defense DDM4 M4A1 CA-Compliant .223 Rem/5.56 Semi-Automatic Rifle features the M4A1 RIS II rail interface system, which has been utilized by US Special Operations Command for the SOPMOD II weapons system since 2005. It is built with a 14.5-inch cold hammer-forged M4 profile barrel made from chrome moly vanadium steel, featuring a 1:7 twist, chrome lining, heavy phosphate coating, and HP/MPI testing. The muzzle device consists of an extended Daniel Defense flash suppressor that is pinned and welded. The rifle operates via a carbine-length direct impingement gas system with a pinned low-profile gas block made of CNC-machined 4140 hardened steel. The upper and lower receivers are CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with Type III hardcoat anodizing, with the lower featuring an enhanced flared magazine well and a rear QD swivel attachment point. The bolt carrier group is an M16 profile with an H buffer. Additional components include a Grip-N-Rip independent ambidextrous charging handle designed with anti-gas features for suppressed fire, a 6-position Mil-Spec receiver extension, a glass-filled polymer buttstock with soft-touch overmolding, and heat-resistant Santoprene rail panels.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
