Overview

The Dan Wesson Kodiak is a full-size 1911 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 10mm Auto. It features a 6-inch bull barrel, providing an extended sight radius, reduced muzzle flip, and increased accuracy for full-power loads. The slide is optics-ready and serrated, finished in a tri-tone matte gray, while the steel frame includes a black duty finish and a Picatinny rail on the dust cover. This pistol is equipped with fiber optic front sights and an adjustable, glare-reducing serrated rear sight. It includes an ambidextrous safety, a skeletonized hammer, and a long solid trigger. The grip features 25 LPI checkering on the mainspring housing and is finished with black/brown G10 grips. The capacity is 8+1 rounds, and it ships with two magazines.
