Designed originally for law enforcement, the PCR includes a decocking lever, a firing pin block safety, a safety stop on the hammer, a loaded chamber indicator, and snag-free fixed 3-dot sights. Handling is enhanced by black rubber grip panels and serrated front and back straps.
