Overview

The CZ 712 G3 Utility is a gas-operated semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun designed for versatile use in the field or on the clay target course. It features a 20-inch chrome-lined barrel with a flat vent rib and a matte black finish on both the barrel and receiver to reduce glare. The gas system includes two interchangeable pistons—one for light target loads and one for heavy waterfowl loads—allowing the shotgun to reliably cycle both 2-3/4 inch and 3-inch shotshells. Handling features include a fixed black synthetic stock with a 14.5-inch length of pull, a crossbolt safety, and a magazine capacity of 4+1 rounds. The shotgun ships with a set of five extra-long Active-Choke tubes.
