Cutting Edge Match Tactical Hunting 22 Caliber (224 Diameter) Bullets 65 Grain Solid Hollow Point Lead Free Box of 50

Overview

Cutting Edge Match Tactical Hunting (MTH) bullets are precision-machined from lead-free solid copper bar stock using CNC technology. Designed for magazine-fed rifles, these 65-grain, .224 caliber bullets feature a patented SealTite band, which is slightly larger than the bullet diameter to prevent gas blow-by, reduce copper fouling, and eliminate flyers. These bullets are engineered to fracture upon impact rather than mushroom, with 3-4 petals breaking off to create a wide wound channel while the base continues for deep penetration. They are effective down to 1700fps and require a 1:9-inch or faster twist rate.
