Overview

The Crimson Trace Laserguard (LG-431) is a custom-fit laser sight designed for the Ruger LCP. It features patented Instinctive Activation, which turns the laser on automatically as the user grips the firearm naturally. The unit produces a 1/2" dot at 50 feet and utilizes a class IIIa Diode Laser. Installation attaches the device to the pistol's trigger guard. Crimson Trace offers a program to provide one free set of batteries per year for the life of the product upon registration. Depending on the specific package, the unit may include either a Tuff nylon pocket holster or an ambidextrous Blade Tech Inside the Waistband (IWB) holster.

Customer Sentiment

The majority of customers find this laser sight to be an essential upgrade that significantly improves accuracy and target acquisition given the small factory sights on the Ruger LCP. Reviewers frequently praise the instinctive grip-activation design and reliable zero retention, though a minority of users report issues with housing flexibility, holster availability, or customer service response times.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
