The Keystone Sporting Arms Crickett Model 722 Varmint Package is a bolt-action .22 LR rifle designed as an entry-level training platform for youth shooters, new hunters, and firearms safety instruction. Built on a steel receiver with a blued finish, the rifle features a 20-inch blued bull barrel with a 1:16 twist. The action utilizes a 50-degree, cock-on-open design, paired with a 7-round detachable magazine. The rifle is equipped with a fixed thumbhole walnut stock that features a 13.5-inch length of pull. Designed for precision, the Model 722 offers guaranteed MOA accuracy. The package includes a Simmons 3-9x40mm scope, bipod, case, and scope rings. The rifle features a firing-pin safety and is optics-ready. Note that varmint models are built with a target chamber; the manufacturer advises against the use of Stinger ammunition.
