Overview

The Colt Custom Competition is a hand-fitted Series 70 1911-style pistol assembled by master gunsmiths in the Colt Custom Shop. Designed for competitive shooting and high-performance tactical scenarios, this semi-automatic handgun features an all-stainless steel construction with a serrated stainless steel slide and frame, a 5-inch National Match stainless steel barrel, and an overall length of 8.5 inches. Performance and control enhancements include 25 LPI front strap checkering, a fully blended magwell, an ambidextrous safety, a beaver-tail grip safety, and a single-action only (SAO) trigger. For sighting, the pistol is equipped with a front red fiber optic sight paired with a fully adjustable Bomar-style rear sight. It comes fitted with black VZ G10 Operator grips and offers an 8+1 round capacity. Each pistol includes a magazine, cable lock, and operator manual.
