Overview

The CMMG Banshee MK47 is a mid-size AR platform handgun chambered in 7.62x39mm, utilizing robust receivers and PowerBolt Technology designed to accept standard AK-pattern magazines. It features a 12.5-inch 4140 chrome moly steel medium taper barrel with a black nitride finish, a 1:10 twist rate, and 5/8x24 threaded muzzle equipped with a CMMG ZEROED linear compensator. Built with billet 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers coated in black armor Cerakote, this platform includes an EML 11 M-LOK handguard with full-length M-LOK slots on the sides, bottom, and between top Picatinny rail sections. Additional factory components include a CMMG ZEROED drop-in trigger, ambi charging handle, 60/90-degree safety selector, and pistol grip, paired with a carbine pistol tube and a Magpul 30-round PMAG.
