Overview

The CMC AR-15 Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is .223/5.56/300BLK compatible and finished with a black nitride coating. The carrier is machined from case-hardened 8620 steel with a flared rear design to reduce carrier tilt. The bolt is made from 9310 case-hardened steel and features CNC-ground external surfaces. This group includes a hardened 4340 cam pin, a mil-spec 8740 steel firing pin, and is both MPI and HPT tested. It is optimized for suppressor use with enlarged forward ports and includes a mil-spec extractor spring and O-ring.
