Overview

The Century Arms BFT47 is a semi-automatic AK-style rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm, designed to offer rugged, dependable performance on a 1.5mm heat-treated stamped steel receiver. It features a 16.5-inch chrome-moly 4150 steel barrel (1:10 twist) with a black finish, a slant compensator muzzle device, and a bulged and forged 4140 steel front trunnion. Outfitted with Kona Brown wood furniture on the stock and handguards alongside a black polymer grip, the BFT47 includes a 30+1 capacity utilizing standard AK-47 magazines. Additional features include an adjustable sight system, a bayonet lug, a cleaning rod, a gas piston operating system, an enhanced trigger group, and an enhanced safety selector with a bolt hold-open feature.
