Overview

Carlson’s aluminum snap caps for .308 Winchester are designed for the safe release of firing pin springs and to help eliminate flinching during training. The snap caps are precision-machined to SAAMI specifications and feature a spring-loaded striking area to cushion the firing pin, along with a primer material of appropriate hardness to prevent over-protrusion. The aluminum construction is intended to prevent damage to the chamber, extractor, or ejector. Sold in a 2-pack.
