The Bushmaster XM-15 A2 Heavy Carbine is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Remington. It features a 16-inch heavy-profile chrome moly vanadium steel barrel that is manganese phosphate-finished for corrosion resistance. The upper and lower receivers are forged from 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum. This model includes a fixed carry handle with an integrated A2 rear sight system, adjustable for 300-800 meters with 1 MOA elevation and 1/2 MOA windage increments. It also comes with a threaded birdcage flash suppressor, a 6-position telescoping stock, a sling, and a 30-round magazine.
