Overview

Buffalo Bore .500 S&W (500 JRH) ammunition is designed for modern firearms and delivers a 440-grain hard-cast, flat-nose lead bullet. Optimized as a low-recoil load, this ammunition is engineered for deep penetration through muscle and bone while maintaining utility. The bullets are properly lubed and gas-checked to prevent lead fouling. The 500 JRH cartridge features a case head approximately .006 inches smaller than the standard 500 S&W, allowing it to function reliably in the tight ratchet systems of Freedom Arms Model 83 revolvers as well as standard 500 S&W firearms. Each box contains 20 rounds of non-corrosive, boxer-primed, reloadable brass ammunition.
