This high-velocity load provides a muzzle velocity of 1,650 fps and 756 ft-lbs of muzzle energy, making it suitable for both personal defense and target shooting applications. This ammunition is designed for use in all .357 Magnum chambered rifles and all-steel revolvers. Due to the high-pressure nature of this load and the potential for noticeable muzzle flash—caused by the lack of case capacity for flash-retardant powder—it should not be used in lightweight alloy-framed or alloy-cylindered revolvers. These rounds utilize reloadable brass cases and non-corrosive, boxer-primed components.
