Overview

Buffalo Bore's Heavy .44 S&W Special ammunition is engineered for personal protection and defensive applications. This load features a 180-grain jacketed hollow point (JHP) bullet designed to provide deep penetration and reliable expansion at various impact velocities. With a muzzle velocity of 1,150 fps and 543 ft-lbs of muzzle energy, the ammunition utilizes a flash-suppressed powder to aid in low-light conditions. The ammunition is housed in reloadable brass cases featuring a heavy crimp to prevent bullet jump in lightweight revolvers. It is safe for use in all firearms chambered in .44 Special or .44 Remington Magnum, with the specific exception of the Charter Arms Bull Dog, for which it is not intended. Each box contains 20 rounds.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
