BSF Barrels Zermatt TL3, SR3 Carbon Fiber Prefit Barrel 22 Creedmoor 22" 1:8" Twist

Overview

The BSF Barrels carbon fiber prefit barrel for the Zermatt TL3 and SR3 is chambered in 22 Creedmoor with a 22-inch length and 1:8" twist. The design features a 416R stainless steel match barrel jacketed in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve, which is held under tension. This method creates air gaps between the steel and the carbon fiber to facilitate rapid heat dissipation and prevent delamination. The barrel includes 6-groove button rifling, an 11-degree target crown, and is double-stress relieved to maintain superior stiffness while reducing overall weight and dampening vibration.
