Overview

The BSF Barrels AR-15 barrel is a 16-inch, 204 Ruger chambered barrel featuring carbon fiber construction. BSF utilizes a 416R stainless steel match barrel jacketed in a tensioned, roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve. This method leaves 95% of the carbon fiber detached from the steel to create air gaps, facilitating faster cooling and heat venting while preventing delamination. The barrel is designed to maintain stiffness, lightweight characteristics, and structural integrity as it heats. It utilizes 6-groove button rifling, an 11° target crown, and is double stress-relieved. The design is intended to dampen vibration for more consistent shot groups.
