Overview

The Browning X-Bolt Eclipse Target Fluted Rifle builds upon the proven features of the X-Bolt platform, incorporating an adjustable three-lever Feather Trigger system that delivers a clean, crisp pull with no take-up. Its free-floated heavy bull barrel is bedded at the front and rear of the action to ensure stability and consistent accuracy, while a recessed muzzle crown protects the rifling from damage. The threaded barrel comes equipped with a thread protector and a muzzle brake, and features a fast-cycling 60-degree bolt lift paired with an extended bolt handle for easier chambering. Designed to perform right out of the box, the rifle utilizes a laminate thumbhole stock with a raised cheek piece and a wide, flat-bottomed fore-end suitable for resting on supports. Safety features include a top-tang safety working in conjunction with a bolt unlock button.
