Overview

The Browning X-Bolt 2 All-Purpose is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 22 Creedmoor, featuring a 16.5-inch heavy sporter contour barrel with a matte blued finish and 5/8"-24 suppressor-ready threading. Built on a revised action with added bolt guidance and a 60-degree bolt throw, the rifle includes a spiral-fluted bolt with an extended handle and ergonomic knob. It utilizes the Plus Magazine system, a single-stack extended center-feed design with a side-mounted release button holding up to 6 rounds. The DLX Trigger is a three-lever adjustable design offering a crisp break preset at 3.5 pounds. The Vari-Tech composite stock in olive drab incorporates rubber overmolding on gripping surfaces, adjustable comb height, internal length-of-pull spacers, and interchangeable sporter and vertical grip modules. An Inflex recoil pad helps manage felt recoil, and a Picatinny bipod rail is included up front.
