Overview

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Special Max LR is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.8 Western, optimized for long-range precision hunting and competition. It features a 24-inch heavy sporter-contour stainless steel barrel with a 5/8"-24 threaded muzzle and included thread protector. The receiver is made of matte stainless steel and is drilled and tapped for optics. The rifle is equipped with the DLX trigger, which is adjustable from 3.0 to 3.5 pounds and provides a zero-creep break. The rifle’s black MAX composite stock features a vertical grip for improved ergonomics and a height-adjustable comb, allowing for precise optic alignment without needing a riser. It utilizes the Inflex 2 recoil pad to manage felt recoil and includes three swivel studs for sling and bipod attachments. With a 1:7.5 inch twist rate, a 3-round magazine capacity, and a weight of approximately 8.01 pounds, the X-Bolt 2 is designed for consistent performance in the field.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
