Overview

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Special is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, featuring a 22-inch free-floated, sporter-contour, matte stainless steel barrel that is threaded (5/8"x24) and includes a radial muzzle brake and thread protector. The rifle is built on a redesigned steel short-action receiver that is drilled and tapped for the X-Lock scope mounting system. The rifle features a black Vari-Tech composite stock with gray overmolded grip surfaces, offering independent adjustments for length of pull, comb height, and grip angle. The DLX trigger is adjustable from 3.0 to 5.0 pounds and is designed to provide a crisp, creep-free break. Additional features include an extended bolt handle for easier cycling, a 1:8 inch twist rate, and a 4-round magazine capacity utilizing the Extended Plus Magazine System. It weighs approximately 6.10 pounds with an overall length of 42 inches and includes a Picatinny bipod rail.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
