Overview

The Browning X-Bolt 2 All Purpose is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 PRC, featuring a 20-inch matte blued heavy sporter contour barrel with 5/8"-24 suppressor-ready threading and a thread protector. Built on a steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for the X-Lock scope mounting system, it incorporates a bedded action and a free-floating barrel for consistent accuracy. The X-Bolt 2 receiver features extra bolt guidance surface area for smooth cycling alongside a short 60-degree bolt throw, an extended bolt handle, a top-tang safety, and a bolt unlock button. It is equipped with the DLX adjustable three-lever trigger, a side-mounted release button, and the proprietary Plus Magazine system utilizing a single-stack extended design with a 5-round capacity. The OD Green Vari-Tech composite stock features black rubber overmolding, adjustable comb height, internal length-of-pull spacers, interchangeable sporter and vertical grip modules, and a 1.25-inch Inflex recoil pad.
