Overview

The Browning X-Bolt 2 All Purpose is a compact, bolt-action ranch rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. It features a 16.5-inch heavy sporter contour barrel made of carbon steel with a matte blued finish, threaded 5/8"-24 with a thread protector included. The receiver is also matte blued steel and drilled and tapped for the X-Lock scope mounting system. The action is a short-action design featuring a 60-degree bolt lift and an extended handle. The rifle utilizes the Plus Magazine system, which holds 5 rounds and features a side-mounted release for reliable feeding. The Vari-Tech synthetic stock is finished in black and OD Green and includes a Picatinny bipod rail on the forend. The stock is fully adjustable for length of pull, comb height, and grip angle, with overmolded grip surfaces and a 1.25-inch Inflex recoil pad. The DLX trigger is adjustable from 3.0 to 3.5 lbs, providing a crisp break. This rifle has an overall length of 36.5 inches and weighs approximately 7.03 lbs.
