Overview

The Browning X-Bolt 2 All Purpose in .243 Winchester is a versatile, short-action bolt-action rifle designed for field precision. It features a 16.5-inch heavy sporter contour barrel with 5/8"-24 threading and a thread protector. The rifle utilizes the new Plus Magazine system, which provides a 5-round capacity in a single-stack, center-feed design that protects bullet tips. The barreled action is finished in a non-reflective matte blued coating, with the receiver drilled and tapped for the X-Lock scope mounting system. The rifle is equipped with an adjustable Vari-Tech synthetic stock, finished in black and OD Green, which allows for customization of length of pull, comb height, and grip angle. The stock includes rubber overmolding and an Inflex recoil pad to manage felt recoil. A Picatinny rail is integrated into the forend for bipod mounting. Performance is driven by a redesigned action with improved bolt guidance, a 60-degree bolt throw, and a DLX three-lever adjustable trigger system factory-preset at 3.5 pounds. The rifle measures 36.50 inches in overall length and weighs approximately 7.03 pounds.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
