Overview

The Browning X-Bolt Western Hunter is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .280 Ackley Improved, featuring a 24" sporter-contour barrel with a recessed muzzle crown and an integrated muzzle brake. The action is built on a steel receiver, drilled and tapped for X-Lock scope mounts, and features a 60-degree fast-cycling bolt lift. Accuracy is maintained through an action bedded at both the recoil lug and action screws, ensuring a free-floated barrel. Equipped with the three-lever Feather Trigger, the rifle offers a clean, adjustable pull. The synthetic stock features an adjustable comb for custom eye-to-optic alignment and an Inflex recoil pad to mitigate felt recoil. It includes a detachable magazine with a 4+1 capacity and features an A-TACS AU camouflage finish. The rifle has an overall length of 44.75" and weighs approximately 6.9 lbs.
