Overview

The Browning BAR MK 3 Stalker is a semi-automatic short-action rifle chambered in .308 Win. It is built around a hammer-forged, matte blued steel sporter-contour barrel. The receiver is constructed from lightweight aircraft-grade alloy with a matte black finish and is drilled and tapped for the attachment of scope mounts. The rifle utilizes a gas-piston operation system paired with a multi-lug rotary bolt to mitigate perceived recoil and reduce carbon residue in the action. The rifle features a matte black composite stock with overmolded gripping panels that is shim-adjustable for cast on/off and drop at comb. It includes an Inflex recoil pad, a detachable box magazine with a 4-round capacity, and a crossbolt safety. The stock is equipped with QD swivel cups and sling swivel studs. The barrel is 22 inches long, and the rifle has an overall length of 41 1/2 inches, a 13 5/8-inch length of pull, and a weight of 6 lbs 10 oz.
