Overview

The Browning BPS Field Composite is a rugged, reliable pump-action shotgun featuring a 28-inch back-bored vent rib barrel and a 4+1 capacity. Built with solid steel components, it utilizes heat-treated rigid double action bars to prevent binding and ensure smooth operation. The bottom ejection and loading design is complemented by a top-tang thumb safety, a large trigger guard, and a serrated slide release located at the rear of the trigger guard. The floating rib design allows the rib and barrel to expand independently to prevent point-of-impact shifts. This model features a matte blued receiver and barrel finish, a trimmable synthetic stock with textured gripping surfaces for secure handling, a silver bead front sight, and includes Invector-Plus flush chokes in Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder configurations.
