The Blackhawk! TecGrip FormLok is a moldable IWB holster designed for versatile concealed carry. Utilizing proprietary Memory-Lok thermoformable plastic, users can heat and mold the holster to the specific contours of their handgun to achieve consistent passive friction retention. The holster is constructed with an outer layer of tacky TecGrip material that clings to clothing and skin, eliminating the need for a belt clip, though it remains compatible with various carry styles. Inside, the holster features a rugged 600 denier polyester liner to reduce friction and promote longevity, along with high-density closed-cell foam for comfort. It is ambidextrous and includes a low-profile shirt guard to protect the user during all-day carry. The design features a low-cut sight track to accommodate mounted red dot optics. Each kit includes a T-handle molding tool and a heavy-mil 'dunk bag' for the thermoforming process. This size 3 model is compatible with several full-size firearms, including the Glock 17/21/22, Sig P230/M17/P226, S&W M&P 9/40, Colt Government 1911 (5-inch), and Beretta 92.
