Birchwood Casey Barricade Rust Protection is a 6-ounce aerosol rust preventative designed to drive out moisture from metal pores and deposit a transparent protective film that seals firearm surfaces. It withstands up to 500 hours in ASTM humidity testing and 96 hours in ASTM salt spray testing. Formulated with FPR to remove corrosive fingerprints, it functions simultaneously as an effective bore cleaner, lubricant, and penetrating fluid for loosening frozen or rusted components.
