Berger VLD Hunting 6mm, 243 Caliber (243 Diameter) Bullets 95 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point Box of 100

Overview

Berger VLD Hunting 6mm 95-grain boattail bullets are match-grade projectiles designed for long-range performance. They utilize a secant ogive design to reduce drag, resulting in a flatter trajectory and higher velocity retention. These bullets feature a thinner J4 Precision hunting jacket intended for rapid expansion, typically penetrating 2 to 3 inches before expanding to create a large wound cavity. Berger recommends seating these bullets to touch the rifling for optimal accuracy, though some rifle configurations may perform better with a jump.
