Overview

The Bergara Premier MgLite is a full-size bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, engineered to deliver custom-grade performance in a lightweight field package. It pairs a 22-inch CURE carbon fiber barrel—featuring a 1:8" twist, 5/8"x24 threaded muzzle, and an Omni muzzle brake—with Bergara's proprietary Premier action. The two-lug stainless steel action features a floating bolt head, a cone-shaped bolt nose for smooth cartridge feeding, a spring-loaded sliding plate extractor, and a fully Nitrided bolt body, shroud, and non-rotating gas shield. The graphite black Cerakote receiver is drilled and tapped for optics. Trigger duties are handled by a TriggerTech Frictionless Release Technology trigger, which allows the bolt handle to remain unlocked in the safe position so the rifle can be unloaded while engaged. The chassis system utilizes an XLR magnesium folding design finished in Flat Dark Earth. With an overall length of 43 inches and a total weight of 6.70 pounds, the MgLite accommodates a 5+1 maximum capacity via its included magazine.
