Overview

The Battle Arms Development Workhorse WH556-LR is a stripped lower receiver designed for the AR-15 platform. Machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum, it features a durable Type III hard anodized flat black finish. This receiver is built to Mil-Spec standards and includes multi-caliber markings for build versatility. The Workhorse lower is engineered with a broached magazine well and includes several features to simplify the assembly process, such as an easy-install set screw for the bolt catch pin and a captured takedown pin detent spring secured by a 4-40 set screw. Additionally, an upper/lower receiver tension screw is included to ensure a consistent, tight lockup between the lower and any compatible Mil-Spec upper receiver. As a serialized firearm component, this receiver requires an FFL transfer.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
