Overview
The Battle Arms Development Workhorse is a 16-inch, semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Wylde, designed for duty and tactical use. Built on a forged 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum BAD-15 receiver, the rifle features a 4150 chrome-moly steel barrel with a black nitride finish. The internal components include a matching 9130 steel bolt and an 8620 black nitride carrier, all individually head-spaced for reliability. This optic-ready platform includes a full-length Picatinny top rail and a free-float M-LOK handguard. Enhanced components include a nickel-Teflon trigger, a billet trigger guard, an enhanced bolt catch, a one-piece magazine catch, and enhanced takedown pins. The furniture features a six-position B5 Bravo adjustable stock and a user-adjustable three-position pistol grip. The rifle arrives with a 30-round capacity.
