Overview

The Battle Arms Development Enhanced Pin Set (BAD-EPS) is designed for AR platform rifles equipped with standard .250-inch diameter front pivot and rear takedown pin holes. Precision machined from round steel bar stock, the components are case-hardened and finished in a corrosion-resistant black manganese phosphate. The kit includes the Enhanced Takedown Pin (BAD-ETP), the Enhanced Pivot Pin (BAD-EPP), two KNS hardened stainless steel detents, two 17-7 nickel-plated stainless steel pin springs, and a high-strength neodymium magnet to assist with hassle-free installation. Patent-pending low-profile head designs provide improved gripping surface and pull strength without obstructing ambidextrous safety selectors, while extended pin tips and cone-shaped bullet tip guide recesses facilitate smooth manipulation and protect the receiver.
